  • Ana Granados at Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center

    Ana Granados

    Ms. Ana is originally from Mexico but has called the Cactus community home for many years, where she raised her family. She has a deep love for the community and is known for her kind heart, joyful spirit, and willingness to serve others. She first became connected to Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center through her daughter, who also serves on our team. After attending our English as an Additional Language (EAL) classes, Ms. Ana became a cherished member of the CNMC family. Today, she continues to bless everyone she meets with her radiant smile, compassionate heart, and dedication to serving those around her.

    Ricardo Haddad

    Ministry Team Coordinator

    He serves as the Ministry Team Coordinator at CNMC, organizing and hosting mission teams that come to serve in Cactus, Texas. Originally from Brazil, he brings a heart for cross-cultural ministry and community development. Ricardo is also actively involved in youth and children's programs, helping build connection, faith, and hope. He is passionate about creating meaningful service opportunities that bless both the community and the volunteers who serve.

  • Joy MaClean, Director of Care Coordination at Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center

    Joy MaClean

    Director of Care Coordination

    She serves as the Director of Care Coordination at Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Global Practice with Refugees and Immigrants from Dominican University in Illinois. Joy previously taught English as an Additional Language and supported families through case management at CNMC. Her work is shaped by cross-cultural experience and a commitment to cultural humility, relationship-building, and client-centered care.

  • Christopher Alvidrez, Front Desk Assistant at Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center

    Christopher Alvidrez

    Front Desk Assistant

    Christopher was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle in a proud Mexican-American family. He brings a calm, welcoming presence to Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center and serves as one of the first faces visitors encounter when they walk through our doors. As our Front Desk Assistant, Christopher enjoys helping connect community members with the resources and support they need. His quiet demeanor, patience, and attention to detail help create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and cared for. He also brings a background in computer science, using his technical knowledge to support the ministry in a variety of ways.

  • Janet Terrazas, Legal Assistant at Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center

    Janet Terrazas

    Legal Assistant

    Janet was born and raised in Texas in a Mexican-American family and has a heart for serving her community. She serves as our Legal Assistant, helping support individuals and families as they navigate the immigration process with care and compassion. She is currently working toward earning accreditation through the U.S. Department of Justice to become an Accredited Representative. Known for her energetic personality and joyful spirit, Janet brings warmth, encouragement, and laughter to our team each day. She is the proud mother of her daughter, Imani, and outside of her work at CNMC, she is a licensed esthetician who enjoys helping others feel confident and cared for.

  • Kristi Clouse, EAL Coordinator at Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center

    Kristi Clouse

    EAL Coordinator

    Kristi is originally from Missouri and moved to Cactus in 2011. She began volunteering with Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center in 2015, where her heart for the community quickly became evident. Today, she serves as our English as an Additional Language (EAL) Coordinator, overseeing the program while also teaching English classes. A devoted mother with a passion for serving others, Kristi is committed to helping students gain the language skills and confidence they need to thrive. She has built meaningful relationships throughout the community and works to create a welcoming environment where every student feels valued, supported, and encouraged.

  • Alshandra Visagie, Executive Director at Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center

    Alshandra Visagie

    Executive Director

    Reverend Alshandra Visagie, a former banker, became CNMC's Executive Director in 2023. A devoted mother, worship leader, and counselor, she drives the ministry's mission to share Christ's love in Cactus.

    Olbin Visagie

    Rev. Visagie coordinates our Children and Family Ministries. A theologian from South Africa, he brings years of multi-cultural ministry experience to his passion for nurturing the faith of children and supporting families. In his role, he is dedicated to furthering our mission of sharing Christ's love with the next generation in Cactus.

  • Scarlin De la Cruz at Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center

    Scarlin De la Cruz

    Scarlin, a Dominican Republic native, moved to Cactus in 2020. A Multimedia Studies graduate, she Coordinates CNMC's media, Is the Immigration Legal Services Site Director, and provides Spanish translation for services.

  • Isabel Posada, AmeriCorps Immigration Services Assistant at Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center

    Isabel Posada

    AmeriCorps Immigration Services Assistant

    Originally from El Salvador, Isabel moved to the United States at the age of 18 and is now a proud U.S. citizen. She brings a unique combination of compassion, resilience, and professional experience to her work at Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center. Through our AmeriCorps partnership, Isabel supports our Immigration Services team by assisting with client scheduling, document organization, filing, and translation. She is also a licensed vocational nurse, and her background in healthcare gives her a caring, people-centered approach as she serves individuals and families navigating the immigration process. Isabel is passionate about helping others feel welcomed, supported, and empowered, and she is grateful for the opportunity to serve the community through the ministry of CNMC.
